At the recently concluded NOUS 2021 National Congress, NOUS Northwest was honored “in recognition of outstanding local efforts and success achieved” during the past year. Accepting the award during the virtual gathering was CAPT Jim McGinnis, MSC, USN (Ret.) who has led NOUS NWT as its Commander during the award period. Below CAPT McGinnis is shown with the actual award which he recently received in the mail.
This award marks the second consecutive year that NOUS NWT has received it. Below is the letter from the NOUS Commander General, CAPT Robert Whitkop, to CAPT McGinnis describing the award.
