The third in a series of WWII webinars will be available from the National Museum of the Pacific War on 8 April 2020 at 09:00 Pacific time. You can learn about this free event and sign up at the following website: https://mailchi.mp/9101999f909d/fdr-and-end-of-wwii-webinar?e=3224382909

The title of the topic is “FDR and the End of WWII”, presented by H.W. Brands. Brands is coincidentally a native of Portland and he holds a chair in the History Department at the University of Texas. One of his related books is “The Privileged Life and Radical Presidency of Franklin Delano Roosevelt” pictured at right. The book is available from Amazon and perhaps other online booksellers if you are looking for some “home delivery” during the current coronavirus pandemic.
